Cancellation Policy
- Terms and Conditions Cancellation 1. Cancellation made 14 days or more before the arrival date: Full refund of the amount paid for the reserved nights. Administrative fees, including website service fees and credit card fees, are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation made between 7 and 13 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the total amount paid for the reserved nights. Administrative fees, including website service fees and credit card fees, are non-refundable. 3. Cancellation made less than 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be issued for the reserved nights. Administrative fees, including website service fees and credit card fees, are non-refundable. 4. Proof of Identity Required Valid proof of identity with address (driver's license or other official document) is required before check-in. Refusal to provide this proof may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. 5. Additional Conditions This policy applies by default unless otherwise specified in the listing or rental agreement. Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with effect on future reservations. 6. Payment We take 50% of the total reservation amount upon confirmation. The remaining balance is automatically debited 14 days prior to the arrival date, using the same payment method used for the reservation. In the event of non-payment and no response from the client, Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund. No refund will be issued if the client fails to arrive at the property on the scheduled date or if they do not comply with the general terms and conditions and property regulations. Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with effect on future reservations. In case of dispute, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking will prevail. This contract will be automatically terminated if the guest does not arrive within twelve hours of the scheduled start time. The landlord will then be free to re-let the property. If the tenant shortens their stay, the full rental amount is due to the landlord. A security deposit will be held on your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. This amount varies between $500 and $3,000 depending on the property. It will be automatically released after your departure, following an inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement.
