Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation on your part, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within a reasonable time of the occupancy date, it is possible to postpone your deposit to a later date. A partial refund (70% of the cost of the stay) will be issued if we are able to re-let the stay for the period that was originally rented. If we are unable to re-let the stay for the period originally booked, the stay is payable in full.
