A security deposit of $750,00 is due one or 2 days before arrival and will be held one week maximum after departure to cover all or part of a fee related to these incidents. An inspection at the end of the lease will be made by a member of inspection and refund the tenants deposit when no damage resulting from abuse or accident or excess of uncleanliness will have been found. Only the decision of the inspector is considered and accepted by the parties. Failure to comply with this contract will result in costs that will be assessed by the owner. The landlord will retain any money that will be paid to him and will maintain any recourse against the tenant if any damage has been done to the property.Pets: Our cottage do not allow pets. A fee of $500.00 will be charge without notice if the tenant or guest of the tenant brings a pet to the cottage. “Le Bois de Pin” cannot be held responsible for conditions that can develop allergies. Non-Smoking: Our property is a non-smoking indoors. Fees are $500.00 if this instruction is not followed. However, you can smoke outside, and we ask your cooperation in picking up cigarette butts and throw them in the spaces provided in the garbage outside. Policy on Minimum rental age: The owner requires the minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy: For a reservation canceled 15 days or more before arrival, the charges are refundable*. For a cancellation made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, either a 60% refund* or a credit (of the total amount paid) applicable on a next reservation will be given to you. To postpone a reservation, this transfer must be done within the current season (summer, winter, spring, autumn) of the date of the canceled reservation and will be subject to prices and availabilities in force. For a cancellation to 7 days or less before arrival, no credit, only a refund of 50%* of the amount of the invoice will be given to you . For the holiday season (December 20 to January 5); For a reservation canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the charges are refundable*. For a cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival, either a 50% refund* or a credit applicable on a next reservation will be given to you . For a cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or credit. * NOTE: For any cancellation, an administrative fee of $ 100.00 will be retained (in addition to the refund percentage if applicable). In addition, for the cancellation of a stay paid by credit card, a charge of 2.90% will be retained (credit card charges).
