This beautiful country house located in the heart of the Cleveland Township, on Lake Denison, is a great place to rest and enjoy the pleasures of nature. You will be able to benefit fully from your stay in calm and tranquility since the motor boats are prohibited on this lake. The terrace overlooking the lake is the perfect place to enjoy a meal outside, to sit in the sun or to simply relax.

The land on which we find mature trees is arranged for the whole family. The backyard is spacious and will allow children to play sports on the grassy yard. The swimming pool will also be very popular during summer stays! The pool is open from the Patriot’s weekend to September 15th of every year. You can also go on the lake with the boats provided at this cottage for rent. There are two pedal boats, an electric pontoon and two kayaks on site. In the evening, you can gather around a fire under the stars and grill some marshmallows, or warm up in the private hot tub.

Plenty of winter pleasures are possible at this cottage! Whether in the area or at the cottage directly, the whole family will be satisfied. Just 25 minutes away by car you will find Mount Gleason offering a multitude of activities for the whole family. You can go downhill skiing, tubing or snowshoeing. For beautiful cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, head to the Richmond-Melbourne Cross Country Ski Club located at less than 15 minutes from the cottage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This cottage for rent can accommodate up to 10 people in a warm atmosphere. You will find a vast ground floor including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, with large windows overlooking the lake. Large groups will stay comfortably with all the space available. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare all your meals on site. The lower floor where you will find a second living room overlooks the back yard. This cottage has 3 closed bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor.

Ground floor: Living room / Kitchen / Dining room / 2 closed bedrooms / 1 bathroom with a bath tub and a shower.
Downstairs: Living room with sofa bed / 1 closed bedroom with 2 Queen-size beds / 1 bathroom with a shower.
