Cancellation Policy

Administrative fees, including site service fees and credit card charges, are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation made between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival Refund of 50% of the total amount paid for the nights booked (excluding administration fees). Administrative fees, including site service charges and credit card fees, are non-refundable. 3. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date No refunds will be made for nights booked. Administrative fees, including site service charges and credit card fees, are non-refundable. 4. Mandatory proof of identity Valid proof of identity with address (driver's license or other official document) is required prior to check-in. Failure to provide such proof may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 5. Additional conditions This policy applies by default, unless otherwise specified in the advertisement or rental contract. Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, with effect for future bookings. 6. Payment We take 50% of the total amount of the booking at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is automatically debited 14 days before the arrival date, using the same method of payment as that used at the time of booking. In the event of non-payment and no response from the customer, Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund. No refunds will be made if the customer fails to arrive at the property on the agreed date or fails to comply with the property's general conditions and regulations. Chalets Galaxia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with effect on future bookings. In the event of a dispute, the terms in effect at the time of booking shall prevail. When booking, check your emails (perhaps in your spam folder), to complete the check in document (with identity documents) as well as the contract to be signed (with the chalet regulations). The security deposit is listed there. SECURITY DEPOSIT: An amount of your security deposit may be taken in the event of a breach of regulations. PROOF OF IDENTITY: Proof of identity with address is required prior to registration. This contract will be terminated automatically if the person does not appear within twelve hours of the start time of the lease. The landlord then becomes free to dispose of his rented property. In the event of a stay being cut short by the tenant, the total price of the rent is entirely due to the landlord.
