This congenial cottage rental on the banks of Lac Vert in the Lanaudière region is the perfect place to relax far from the madding crowd. Renowned for its clear water, Lac Vert is very popular for swimming. The cottage has direct waterfront access from the dock and along the lake’s edge, where the bottom drops off gradually. Once you’ve had a swim, head out on to the lake aboard one of two kayaks available to guests. Motor boats aren’t permitted on this lake. If you enjoy fishing, be sure to bring along your rod and tackle to try for some of the brook trout and white suckers that inhabit the lake. You can also relax in the all-seasons spa for a maximum of comfort.

One of the most distinctive features of the Pavillon du Lac Vert is the large gallery and screened veranda overlooking the lake. Here you can enjoy lovely summer evenings in the outdoors safe from the insects. Sip a relaxing morning coffee on the veranda to the magical sound of birds singing!

Winter activities also abound right at the cottage rental and in the nearby village of Saint-Jean-de-Matha. Also be sure to spend a day tube sliding at Super Glissades Saint-Jean-de-Matha.

As soon as you enter the cottage rental, you’ll be struck by the immense stone fireplace in the living room. With high cathedral ceilings and large windows, natural lighting adds to the room’s special charm. In winter, a roaring fire ensures that guests appreciate even the coldest days. On the same floor is an open-concept kitchen and dining room with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. There are 2 closed bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 Queen-size bed and 1 twin bed
