Located in Val-des-Sources, directly on the shores of the Trois-Lacs, this large cottage for rent with 5 bedrooms has everything you need for a relaxing stay with waterfront. With its large site beside the lake and its private dock, this cottage is perfect for water activities and fishing. At this lake, you might catch walleye, yellow perch and bass. Access to the water is gently sloping, but the bottom of the lake is muddy. The presence of aquatic plants on the shoreline may interfere with some swimmers, but further in the lake, the plants are less present. Finally, for sports enthusiasts, you may go on an excursion on the lake, with the kayaks left at your disposal.

A patio set is available so you can enjoy a good meal outside on beautiful summer days. You can prepare diner outside on the BBQ while the kids play in the yard. Finish your day with a good fire (firewood in limited quantity), family and friends gathered around the fireplace, or in the private 4 seasons hot tub that is waiting for you!

A wide range of activities are available in the region. For golfers in the group, Golf Royal Estrie is just a few minutes away by car. In winter, the golf course is converted to cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. Just 20 minutes from the cottage is Mont Gleason, an excellent spot to take the family downhill skiing or tube sliding. Ice fishing is also very popular on the lake.

This cottage for rent can accommodate 14 people, with its 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is open concept with the living room and is directly connected to the dining room overlooking the lake. The dining room is particularly sunny, due to its large fenestration. The garage, recently renovated, is now a lounge with pool table, TV and standing bar. This room will be well appreciated during winter stays or in case of bad weather.

Please note that the entrance has a few steps to reach the ground floor and a few steps down to reach the garage. The entrance is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
