Most basic supplies are provided in sufficient quantities for the majority of the stay, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

• $260 departure cleaning fee added to the total price

Maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is a priority for the owners.

Rates

• 32 days starting August 30: $4,000
• September and October: $3,700 per month
• September to November: $3,100 per month
• October and November: $2,700 per month
• December to April: $3,400 per month
• June 19 to August 30, 2026: already reserved

Please note that the listed rates apply only to the rental of the complete block of months mentioned. It is therefore not possible to rent a single month separately at that rate. The longer the stay, the more advantageous the monthly rate.
