Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation on your part, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within a reasonable time before the scheduled occupancy date, it may be possible to apply your deposit to a future stay. A partial refund (70% of the stay’s cost) will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the originally booked period. If we are not able to re-rent the reserved dates, the full amount of the stay remains payable.
