This lovely cottage for rent located on the shores of Lake Denison in Cleveland in the Eastern Townships is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: fishing, canoeing, pedal boats, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and hiking trails await you. Everyone will be delighted to relax in the hot tub or cool down in the private pool on hot summer days. Shaded spots in the yard allow you to read or rest with a drink while enjoying the beauty of the landscape. Relax on the roofed terrace, rain or shine! Children will have fun playing outside on the large grassy yard or playing in the water thanks to the lake access directly at the cottage. At the end of the dock, you can admire the magnificent sunrises and in the evening, sit around the campfire, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and a majestic starry sky.

The three-storey cottage can accommodate up to 13 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed, 1 futon and 2 sofa beds. Special features include 2 bathrooms, a spacious finished basement and a fully equipped kitchen. The property also has a washing and drying machine, flat screen satellite television, DVD player and large patio complete with barbecue.

Ground floor (5-6 steps higher than the entrance) : Living room / Kitchen / Dining room /  Bedroom #1 : 1 Double bed / Full bathroom (separate bath and shower).
Upstairs : Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #3: 1 Simple bed + 1 Double bed.
Downstairs : Living room : 1 double-size murphy bed and 2 sofa beds / Full bathroom (shower)
