This charming rental cottage sits directly on the shores of Trois-Lacs in Val-des-Sources. Guests are sure to enjoy their stay in this little corner of paradise, where beautiful sunsets, fresh air and relaxing in the spa are just the beginning. The fenced backyard is bordered by shrubs, trees and a cedar hedge for maximum privacy. Guests can gather round a landscaped fire pit to roast some marshmallows. Complete with patio furniture and barbecue, the deck is all set for outdoor dining to a splendid view of the lake.

The whole family will enjoy Au Petit Toit Rouge: fish from the shore, or head out onto the lake on one of two kayaks or a rowboat provided. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate nearby access to a bike path. Children will have fun building sandcastles and playing on the lawn or at a small park just minutes away near the municipal beach.The public beach is accessible by a 2-minute walk from the cottage. In addition, there is a public boat descent next to the cottage.

This one-storey property with bright, spacious common areas can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. There are 2 closed bedrooms, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, a lovely open-concept space (living room with wood stove, dining room and fully equipped kitchen), as well as a glassed section opening onto the deck. Entertainment options abound: flat-screen television (cable and satellite), DVD player, small stereo system, soccer table and several board games.
