Au Versant de la Baie, Located directly on Lake Boissonneault, in St-Claude in the Eastern Townships, this cottage for rent will be greatly appreciated for stays with family or friends. You will be able to enjoy the pleasures of the summer during your stay. Swimming is pleasant when you take watercrafts to go further on the lake. On the shore, the descent is sloping. The fishing is good there; the most common catches are bass, walleye, yellow perch, pike and bluegill.

If you have a boat, a pay boat descent is available at the marina, or at the local campsite. During the stay, you can leave your boat moored at the cottage dock. You will also find a 5-minute walk to the cottage, a park where children can go to play as well as trails and a small municipal beach. The park is on Hamel Road; just a little further, past the cottage.

You can end the day with a good meal on the BBQ or relax around a campfire on the shores of the lake. A covered 4-season private hot tub is also at your disposal, giving you a direct view of the lake while allowing you to stay safe during rainy weather.

This house will charm you with the lake view that it is offering you. From the living room you have a patio door leading to the beautiful terrace with its glass railing. You have a patio set and a BBQ to prepare your meals. In the living room you will find the stairs (take note that they are very steep) that lead to the mezzanine. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as the bathroom with the shower-bath. There is a basement at the cottage, but note that it is more appropriate for children as a playroom. The ceiling is 5 feet 6 inches tall.
