This charming holiday home, located in the Canton of Melbourne, in the heart of the Eastern Townships, has everything you need for a stay in the countryside to get you off your daily routine. The tranquility and beautiful landscapes are waiting for you. As your neighbors, you will find deers, squirrels and birds, and other small animals that will visit you during your stay.

In the evening, gather with friends and family around an outdoor fire. The wood is provided, but bring your marshmallows! Far from any light pollution, the place is excellent to look at the starry sky. Summer and winter, the private hot tub will also be greatly appreciated after a day spent outdoors.

In winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing can be practiced nearby, either at Melbourne Cross-Country Ski Center or on trails in the area, such as in the nearby town named Racine. ATV trails are 2 minutes away from the cottage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This cottage for rent has been tastefully renovated, while keeping its charm of yesteryear. The rooms are spacious and communicate well with each other. On the ground floor, the huge fully equipped kitchen will charm you for sure. It is perfect for preparing meals together! The kitchen overlooks the dining room and the living room. You can access the floor by one of the two staircases of the house. The main staircase, next to the dining room, leads you to the upstairs bedrooms and the bathroom. The staircase located in the entrance will lead you to the large bedroom with several beds.

Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, kitchen, dining room / 1 bedroom with queen size bed / 1 half bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with king bed / 1 bedroom with queen bed / 1 bedroom with queen bed / 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 single bed and 1 queen bed in a large wardrobe / 1 bathroom with a bath tub and a shower.
