About the Chalet L'Eau Vive

Located in Beaulac-Garthby, on the limits of the Eastern Townships and Chaudière-Appalaches, this charming cottage for rent is great for couples or small families. Directly on the shores of Lake Aylmer, you will find plenty of activities to do, both at the cottage and in the surroundings.
The lake invites to swimming as well as water activities. We leave you at the cottage with 2 kayaks and a wonderful pink pedalo that you may use at your leisure. The dock can be used to moor a boat. At the end of it, the water is usually 5 feet deep. If you have your own boat, you can put it to water at Parc Bellerive, located at 10 minutes from the cottage. Take note that the pontoon that we see in the photos is not included with the rental. From the dock, you can also fish, or simply stretch and get some sun. For fishing, you will find walleye, pike, yellow perch and bass.
In winter, bring your ice fishing equipment; winter fishing is popular there when the ice allows it. Mont Adstock is 30 minutes away from the cottage, where you can go skiing or tubing. This mountain also offers several snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails. Snowmobile trails are available 2 km from the cottage, from the municipality of St-Gerard.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
This brand new chalet will charm you with its large windows overlooking the lake. Sitting comfortably in the living room, or having lunch in the dining room, you will feel like being outside because of the proximity of the chalet to the lake. The beautiful beams and wooden accents add to the charm of the place. During winter stays, you will particularly appreciate the fireplace in the living room. The ground floor is open to make the most of the available space. On this floor you will find a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are the 2 closed bedrooms with Queen beds. These rooms are also very bright thanks to the many windows.
