Located 5 km from the SEPAQ of Frontenac National Park – South sector. Possibility of discovering a diversified fauna and flora, more than 40 km of hiking trails, non-motorized boat rental (canoe, kayak, pedal boat, paddle board) or fishing. Possibility in winter to go snowshoeing on the trails.

The cottage includes an outdoor layout with two outdoor swings, in wood, facing the lake.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

Built in 2001, and then enlarged in 2010, the cottage has retained a rustic style of the 1940s which is why furniture, woodwork and ceilings are wooden, handmade or original.

The cottage borders the lake, offering a breathtaking view of the water from its large windows. It has large spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. And for moments of relaxation, you can enjoy the private 4-season spa with a view of the lake.

The water is heated with a radiator and radiant floor, which provides a good stability of the ambient temperature. In the basement, the floor of all the rooms is finished with ceramic heated by a radiant or hardwood system.

Ground floor: Master bedroom with 1 Queen bed / Large dining room with lake view / Kitchen / Full bathroom.
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed / Multifunction room (used as 5th bedroom) with 2 Queen beds / 2 sofa beds in the living room (facing the lake) / Full bathroom with shower
Loft (upstairs): 1 Queen bed in the open area (serves as 6th bedroom) / Mezzanine with 1 Queen bed (counts as the 7th bedroom) / Living room with sofa bed / Kitchenette and dining room / Full bathroom
