Located directly on the shores of Lake Boissonneault, in St-Claude in the Eastern Townships, this cottage for rent will be greatly appreciated for stays with family or friends. You will be able to enjoy the pleasures of the summer during your stay. Swimming is pleasant, with a lake bottom in small rocks and sand. We have 1 canoe, 1 pedalboat and 2 kayaks at your disposal to allow you to explore the lake. The fishing is good there; the most common catches are bass, walleye, yellow perch, pike and bluegill. Winter fishing is practicable when ice permitting. You must bring your own equipment.

If you have a boat, a pay boat descent is available at the marina, or at the local campsite. During the stay, you can leave your boat moored at the cottage’s dock.

You can end the day with a good meal on the BBQ or relax around a campfire on the shores of the water listening to the lapping waves and the crackling fire. A private 4-season hot tub is also at your disposal, to ensure you a most relaxing stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This cottage for rent for 10 people includes 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each, and a mezzanine with 2 Queen beds. To have access to the mezzanine, you need to pass through one of the bedrooms. The house of course includes a fully equipped kitchen for your stay. It is open concept with the dining room and the living room. The house offers a beautiful light thanks to its many windows overlooking the lake. A bathroom with a large glass shower completes the facilities.

There are 8 sleeping places with the beds, as well as a 9th place on the sectional sofa. For groups of 10 people, remember to bring what you need for the 10th sleeping place.
