Located in Disraeli, on the limits of the Eastern Townships and the Chaudière-Appalaches region, this cottage for rent is great for your vacation. Directly on the shores of Lake Aylmer, you will find plenty of activities to do, both at the cottage and in the region.

This waterfront cottage has few window that allows you to have an unobstructed view of the lake, and it has a terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sunset. This cottage for rent is also an idyllic place to relax and enjoy nature. It is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends, for peaceful retreats or for romantic getaways.

The lake invites to swimming as well as water activities. We leave at the cottage 2 kayaks and 1 pedal boat that you can use at your leisure. If you have your own boat, you can put it to water at the Marina, located at 5 minutes away from the cottage. At the cottage’s dock, you can also fish, or just stretch out and work on your summer tan. For fishing, you will find walleye, pike, yellow perch and bass.

You won’t get bored in Disraeli, as the village offers a variety of activities depending on the season. In summer, bring your bikes or enjoy the rail bike tour of the municipality. Hiking is also possible to do in this region, with the many trails and mountains to climb nearby. In winter, snowmobile trails pass through the village and traditional winter activities are also possible in the surroundings. Bring your ice-fishing equipment; winter fishing is popular here once the winter is truly started. Mount Adstock is 30 minutes away from the cottage, where you can go skiing or tubing. This mountain also offers several snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails.

Note that the cottage has neighbors nearby, but a high cedar hedge delimits one side of the lot and a paneled fence provides privacy on the opposite side.

The woodwork is very present at this cottage, creating a warm atmosphere where it is good to meet with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical for cooking with the large central kitchen island. This room is open concept with the dining room, which offers view on the lake, throught the patio doors. From there, you will have access to the terrace of the cottage, with its patio set and its gazebo. You can enjoy your meals outside. This floor includes a living room and a bathroom.

Upstairs, are 3 closed bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, also with a living room area with a pool table. This room has an exit leading to the terrace, where you will find the hot tub.

Ground floor : Kitchen, dining room, reading corner (1 pull out couch) / Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs : Room #1 : Lake view with a patio door and 1 Queen bed / Room #2 : Lake view with 1 Queen bed / Room #3 : 1 Queen bed / Bathroom with bath.
Lower floor : Room #4 : 1 Queen bed / Pool table and 1 sofa bed / Half-bathroom
