La Villa Acero, located in St-Valerien de Milton, is the ideal spot for a dream vacation in the heart of nature! With 21 wooded acres and several trails for hiking in the summer, or snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter, nature lovers will enjoy themselves any time of year. The large grass yard surrounding the building is a great venue for games such as badminton, volleyball and soccer. Please note that swimming is not recommended in the pond.

In addition to all the outdoor activities to enjoy, a pool (heated from June 1st to September 1st) and a 4 season hot tub awaits. A large deck with patio furniture and parasol is great for relaxing, as well as for preparing and enjoying barbecued meals outdoors while admiring the scenery and spectacular sunsets. A section of the large yard is set up to gather around an evening bonfire. What better way to end the day?

The property includes the main house with 5 bedrooms, but also a small guest house with 1 bedroom directly next to the main house. This guest house can sleep 6 more people. The guest house’s sleeping areas are open for groups of 12 people or more. If you are 11 people or less, the sleeping places in the house only must be used. The guest house in general is open to all groups since there is also a pool table.

The fully equipped kitchen adjoins an open-concept dining room so you can converse easily with the other guests as you prepare a delicious meal. La Villa Acero is perfect for gatherings of family or friends, and can accommodate up to 20 people. Large windows provide plenty of natural lighting and offer a stunning view of the scenery.

A large sectional sofa, 48-inch flat-screen satellite television, Bluetooth speakers, WiFi Internet access will all make your stay even more enjoyable. There are also several entertainment options, including a table soccer game downstairs. Five closed bedrooms complete the cottage.
