Cancellation Policy
- En cas d'annulation de votre part, le dépôt de 30% n'est pas remboursable. Si l'annulation se fait dans un délai raisonnable de la date d'occupation, il y a possibilité de reporter votre dépôt à une date ultérieure. Un remboursement partiel sera effectué (70 % du coût du séjour) si nous avons été en mesure de le relouer la période qui avait été initialement louée. Si nous n'avons pas été en mesure de le relouer la période initialement réservée, le séjour est payable en totalité. In case of cancellation on your part, the 30% deposit is not refundable. If the cancellation is made within a reasonable time of the date of occupation, there is the possibility of postponing your deposit to a later date. A partial refund will be made (70% of the cost of the stay) if we have been able to re-let it for the period that was originally rented. If we have not been able to re-let it for the period originally booked, the stay is payable in full.
