On the shores of Lac Mégantic, in the Eastern Townships, this sublime property will please the whole family thanks to the many amenities and activities available. The summer pleasures are guaranteed! The swimming is nice and the dock of 42 feet long ideal to get some sun bathing done. The entry to the water is done gradually and is shallow for about 10 meters. The bottom is a mix of rocks and sand, remember to bring water shoes to be more comfortable.

Lac Mégantic, being very interesting for boating, you can bring your motorboat and moor at the cottage’s dock. A boat descent is available at the Piopolis Marina. Do not forget your fishing rods, so you can enjoy freshly caught trout for supper on the terrace at sunset.

You will be less than 25 minutes away from the Mont Mégantic National Park

The land overlooking the lake is very intimate thanks to the trees and ceder hedges lining the land. You can spend the day just enjoying the sun and relaxing on the terrace. A patio set is out so you can also enjoy your meals with the lake view. Finish your day in the private hot tub (the hot tub we see on the pictures has been moved and is now under the terrace), or all together around an outdoor fireplace. The wood is provided for the stay.

A large fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you to prepare group meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table, in the huge kitchen, enjoying the breathtaking view. The main living room, as well as the kitchen, offers a direct view of the lake. You will also find a beautiful indoor fireplace, perfect for winter stays, after a day of skiing! This cottage for rent includes 4 bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
