Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Arrival and Departure - It is important to adhere to the arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance staff and guests. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. Number of Occupants - The number of people present during the rental period must conform to the number indicated in the contract. Respect for Neighbors - The tenant agrees to abide by the rules of conduct and not disturb the neighbors and residents of the area. A reasonable noise level must be maintained, both indoors and outdoors. Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors. Parties are prohibited. General Provisions: - You must follow all instructions related to the use of the property provided by the landlord or found on-site. - The tenant may not assign their rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property. - If any of these conditions are not met during your stay, the landlord reserves the right to evict you without further notice or refund. Responsibilities: - The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during their stay. - The tenant is responsible for any property damage or personal injury occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the cause, except for damage not caused by the tenant or their occupants, damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance policy. The tenant and any other person present on the rented premises agree to hold the landlord harmless from any claim made by anyone arising from damages for which they are responsible. - The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of the rental period in the same condition as upon arrival. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by their own actions and those of their guests, and will be billed for any damage caused to the property (except for normal wear and tear). - The landlord will not be held liable for any accident, injury, or illness resulting from the tenant's negligence that may occur to the tenant or their guests during their stay. By accepting this reservation, the tenant and their guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property. - The landlord will not be held responsible for the theft or loss of the tenant's or their guests' belongings during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of prepaid payments are refundable for cancellations made 30 days or earlier prior to arrival. No refunds are given for cancellations made after this time. 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A pre-authorization of CAD 600 is held 1 day prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure.
