You will enjoy your stay in this little place of paradise: the sunsets, the fresh air and the relaxation at the hot tub are just a few of its many attractions.
For outdoor enthusiasts, you’ll find walking trails at Sentier des Cascades at Ham Nord at less than a 10-minute drive away, or Mont Ham at a 20-minute drive away. During the summer season, bring your bikes and discover the small villages that crisscross the valley. In summer, trout fishing awaits you at the Nicolet River, in the village of Notre-Dame-de-Ham. Note that you will need to obtain a fishing package with Organisme Pêche Nicolet to enjoy the 17 km fishing course. In the evening, you can gather around a fire pit outside. And what better than a BBQ dinner or a relaxing moment in the private hot tub to end the day?
During the winter season, you can enjoy winter fun with snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the area. Horse sleigh rides are possible at only a km from the cottage. You will be 25 minutes away from Mont Gleason, which offers tube sliding, downhill skiing and snowshoe trails. A mountain bike trail passes close to the chalet. These trails are accessible from the other side of the road. In any season, watch wild turkeys, deer, foxes and a large variety of birds nearby.
