Large Private Property, River Access and Outdoor Fun

The expansive grounds surrounding the cottage offer plenty of room to play, move around and enjoy nature. During summer, bring out the frisbee, organize a soccer game or simply relax on the lawn. In winter, the setting is perfect for building an igloo, having snowball fights, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

The Nicolet River runs alongside the property, and a small creek also crosses the grounds before flowing into the river. Near the cottage, the water level is usually fairly shallow. By walking a few minutes along the shoreline, you will find a deeper section where fishing can be enjoyable.

Fishing enthusiasts may have the chance to catch bass and walleye in the river.

Private Hot Tub, Hammock and Evenings Around the Fire

Everything is in place to make the most of the outdoors. Relax in the private four-season hot tub, located on the terrace with views of the river, and take in the peaceful surroundings.

• The cottage can accommodate up to 11 guests.
• The river is shallow in certain areas, so large motorboats should be avoided.
• Kayaks and canoes are better suited for the Nicolet River.
• When the river level is high, the current can become very strong. Life jackets should always be worn.
• Watercraft are available from the Victoria Day long weekend through the Thanksgiving long weekend, inclusive.
