Thew environment is wooded and very intimate allowing you to enjoy the nature to the fullest. An artificial pond with its water fountain adds to the enchanting décor of the place. The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day long in the summer. You will find a large outdoor table to enjoy meals in the fresh air.

The places are perfect for meetings with family and friends or even corporate meetings. In the summer take advantage of all the pace offered to play sports and let children play outside! A play module with swings and slides will make the children incredibly happy. A volleyball court has even been set up for you to take advantage of.

The sunny gallery is ideal to enjoy a coffee or simply to relax in good company. The private 4 season spa will be appreciated in the evening to rest through rainy or shiny days since it is covered. The end of the day can be enjoyed around the outdoor fireplace while taking the opportunity to admire the stars in the sky.

For outdoor fanatics, the Lanaudière region is full of activities regardless of the season! come and discover it! Kayaks are available at a 3-minute walk from the cottage, by using a path in the woods, shared with the neighboring cottage.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
It is possible to rent the cottage Le Grand Roy for a wedding or an event. The maximum capacity of the cottage remains 20 people, but you can have up to 60 additional guests on the ground, for the day. The installation of a marquee is permitted, but the place of installation must be approved by the owner. An outdoor chemical toilet must be installed, at the expense of the tenants. The cost for this type of event corresponds to the price of the stay for 20 adults, in addition to a fixed rate of $1,200 for the subtotal of the stay, in order to have the possibility of having guests.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This spacious cottage has everything you need to accommodate a large group with its 8 closed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one full bathroom with a shower on the main floor). This cottage can be rented to accommodate comfortably up to 20 people.

The basement has 2 large open areas. One includes a wooden fireplace and a game room that has a pool and babyfoot table. The kitchen has a large dinning room that can seat the whole group.
