A tent may be installed, but the location must be approved by the owner. An outdoor portable toilet must also be installed at the renters’ expense.

For this type of event, the cost corresponds to the stay price for 20 adults, plus a fixed fee of $1,200 added to the subtotal of the stay in order to allow additional guests on the property.
