A Cottage Directly on Trois-Lacs

The property leads directly to Trois-Lacs, making it easy to enjoy the water throughout your stay. Relax by the dock and admire the scenery, cast a line, or explore the lake aboard the pedal boat, rowboat, or canoe available on site.

Fishing enthusiasts may have the chance to catch walleye, yellow perch, or bass. If you have your own motorboat, you may bring it and dock it at the property during your stay. The boat launch is located right next to the cottage.

Please note that an increase in aquatic plants has been reported in the lake, which may make swimming less enjoyable depending on conditions.

Private Hot Tub, Terraces and Lakeside Dining

After a day on the water or exploring the region, relax in the private four-season hot tub. The cottage also features two terraces, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in both sunny and rainy weather.

Prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside with a beautiful view of the lake. Whether you are having morning coffee, sharing a sunset meal, or simply enjoying the peaceful setting, the outdoor spaces are designed to make your stay truly relaxing.

Outdoor fires are permitted between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. only.

Activities Nearby in Val-des-Sources

La Terrasse du Lac is well located for enjoying several activities in the region. Golf enthusiasts can visit Golf Royal Estrie, located only a few minutes away by car. A municipal beach is also located approximately 300 metres from the cottage.

In winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing paths. Mont Gleason, about 20 minutes away, is an excellent destination for downhill skiing and family tubing.

Trois-Lacs is also popular for ice fishing when conditions allow.

A Comfortable Interior for Groups

The cottage includes three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and quality bedding to help ensure a restful stay.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals on site. Two living rooms with electric fireplaces provide inviting spaces to relax, watch a movie, or spend time together after a day of activities.

A full bathroom and two powder rooms complete the layout, adding convenience for groups.

The property grounds are monitored by security cameras directed toward the parking area and entrance only.

Watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive. The dock must be removed on October 4, 2025.

During heavy rainfall or spring ice melt, the lake level may rise and temporarily flood the lower portion of the property. However, this does not affect access to the hot tub or the cottage amenities.
