The large wooded property lets you enjoy the sun throughout the day, whether you are relaxing on the terrace overlooking the lake, sitting at the end of the dock, or dipping your feet in the water. Small streams running across the property, birdsong, and lush natural surroundings create an especially calming atmosphere.

The private lake is perfect for swimming, water games, and peaceful outings on the water. Several watercraft are provided to explore the lake, while a floating mat lets you relax gently on the water.

Children will especially enjoy the large outdoor space for running and playing, as well as the geodesic climbing dome available on site.

Private Hot Tub, Outdoor Fire Pit and Starry Nights

After a day on the water, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the designated fire area. With very little light pollution, evenings here are ideal for admiring a beautiful star-filled sky.

For an added moment of relaxation, enjoy the private four-season hot tub. Whether after a hike, a day of swimming, or a winter outing, it is the perfect place to unwind in a peaceful wooded setting.

Activities Near Coaticook

The Coaticook region offers many activities to enjoy throughout the year. Just a few minutes away by car, Lac Wallace offers public beach access, and motorboats are permitted there.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of Mont Hereford, located about 20 minutes from the cottage, for hiking and mountain biking.

Inside, the cottage features abundant wood finishes that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main floor includes a bright open-concept kitchen and dining area. Nearly surrounded by windows, this space receives beautiful morning light and provides access to the terrace.

Prepare meals in the kitchen, use the BBQ on the terrace, and enjoy dining outdoors with views of the surrounding nature.

Upstairs, two bedrooms and a living room provide comfortable spaces for everyone. One bedroom includes four single beds, making it especially suitable for children. The living room can also be used as a playroom.

The lower level offers convenient outdoor access and easy access to the hot tub. You will find a large entrance area with storage, perfect for getting ready for winter outings, as well as a lounge area with a wood stove and air hockey table.

• Upper floor: Bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed, Bedroom 3 with 4 single beds, and living room
• Lower level: Bedroom 4 with 1 queen bed, full bathroom with shower, laundry room, large entrance with storage, and lounge area with wood stove and air hockey table

Pets are permitted, subject to additional fees.

In winter, the driveway is plowed and accessible to all vehicles. However, the final section leading to parking near the cottage may be difficult for some cars. When conditions are less favourable, parking at the bottom of the hill is recommended. A 4×4 vehicle is preferable for parking close to the cottage.

Snowmobiles and ATVs are not permitted on the property grounds.

The property grounds are monitored by security cameras. The cameras are directed toward the entrances only.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.
