The mezzanine is one of the villa’s most enjoyable spaces. Filled with natural light, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest as well as the main living area below.

Here, you will find a sofa bed and a pool table that can easily be converted into a ping-pong table or games table. A fireplace adds warmth and character to the space, while the home theatre completes this entertainment area, ideal for family movie nights or evenings with friends.

The lower level includes two additional comfortable bedrooms, separated by a full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and separate shower.
