This beautiful spacious house will charm you for sure, by its many amenities and activities, but also for its quiet location, surrounded by nature. Located directly on the shores of the Petit Lac Lambton, this cottage for rent for 20 people is great for family and friend gatherings. The activities are numerous, as much in winter as in summer.

This lake is ideal for all summer activities. Whether for swimming, boating on the lake or fishing, you will be satisfied. There are several species of fish, including walleye, yellow perch and bass. We put at your disposal 4 kayaks. Motorboats are allowed on the lake. You may bring your own boat, but you must have it washed at the municipal park of Grand Lac St-François. There is also a municipal boat ramp nearby. For outdoor lovers, the Frontenac National Park is only twenty minutes from the cottage. Hiking and bike rides are very pleasant there.

You will find outside a designated place for outdoor fires. The firewood is also provided for the stay. A private 4 seasons spa is also available, with direct view on the lake.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This cottage for rent is appreciated for its huge ground floor open-space concept and its large windows overlooking the lake. Days start early with plenty of natural light entering the kitchen and the dining room. You will sure feel comfortable in this cottage, particularly in the living room of the ground floor where you will find a fireplace with wood provided, exactly what is necessary during the cooler days of autumn and winter.

In the basement you will find a large game room with pool table and ping pong table; assured entertainment for the whole family!

*** The dock and watercrafts are available from Patriots’ weekend to Thanksgiving weekend inclusively. Please note that boats must be thoroughly washed before being launched. ***
