Ideal for walking, snowshoeing, sledding and enjoying nature, this trail offers a wonderful way to experience the property. Please remain on the marked path in order to respect the neighbouring private lands.

Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby Richmond-Melbourne Cross-Country Ski Centre, which offers several kilometres of trails. Children will have plenty to enjoy as well, with a basketball hoop, outdoor play area, play structure and sandbox located across the road, directly in front of the cottage.

On the main floor, the open-concept living space includes a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The eight-foot dining table, combined with seating at the kitchen island, makes it easy for the entire group to gather for meals. Large windows and a patio door leading to the terrace bring plenty of natural light into this inviting space.

The main floor also includes three closed bedrooms and a full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and a large glass shower.

On the lower level, you will find a second cozy living area furnished with several leather sofas, loveseats and armchairs, along with a wood stove with a glass door and a 40-inch flat-screen television. An additional refrigerator is also available, which is especially convenient for larger groups.
