Le Jardin d’Eden is a cottage in Wotton, near Val-des-Sources in the Eastern Townships. This cedar shingle and fieldstone property is a well-kept secret in the area. You will fall in love with the magnificent landscape extended as far as the eye can see. All the ingredients are there for a stay in the countryside: campfires, spa, BBQ, comfort and fresh air are waiting for you.

Surrounded by vast green spaces, Le Jardin d’Eden is perfect to relax, immersed in nature. For active people, young or old will have enough space to practice outdoor activities such as: frisbee, soccer or fly a kite. To cool off in warmer weather, soak your feet in the small lake just across the street or jump into the 4-season private hot tub. Guests also have free access to Trois-Lacs’ Beach, a 10-minute drive away. For unforgettable moments, gather around a good meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or on the BBQ. You can enjoy the scenery and have a drink from the covered terrace, rain or shine. Relax next to a campfire or watch the night sky in the evening.

In winter, outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy cross-country skiing or take the path to the cottage to the snowmobile trail just steps away. You don’t want to go out when it’s cold? Stay warm, enjoy the fireplace (wood provided). Inside, the common areas are unifying and propitious to relaxation. Entertainment is not lacking: TV with satellite, internet, pool table and more.

Ground floor: Open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room (with fireplace and pool table) / Full bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: Bedroom #1 with 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #2 with 1 queen bed / Bedroom #3 with 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #4 with 1 double bed / Bathroom with clawfoot tub.
Lower level: Bedroom #5 with 1 bunk bed (double and single) and 1 Queen bed / Washer and dryer.

***Please note that the basement is not finished.

*** The cottage’s water comes from an artesian well on the property. It is tested regularly and is perfectly potable. You may notice a slight smell of sulfur, especially when using hot water. This odor, typical of certain underground springs, is natural and in no way alters the quality or safety of the water for consumption. You can use this water for drinking, cooking or washing with complete peace of mind. ***
