• Security cameras are installed on the property and are directed toward the driveway entrance only.
• During heavy rainfall, the lake level may rise and temporarily flood the property.
• Watercraft are available from Victoria Day weekend through Thanksgiving weekend, inclusive.
• Increased aquatic plant growth has been reported and may make swimming less enjoyable at certain times.
