Enjoy a quiet vacation any time of year at this cottage rental. Located on the shores of Les Trois-Lacs in Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick, the wooded property boasts a magnificent view of the lake that you can enjoy while relaxing in the private spa. Small ones will have lots of fun on the swings, playground module and large yard. The property is set in a quiet sector with lots of activities available nearby: tennis court; horseshoes; pétanque (bocce); municipal park with benches, tables and swings, boat launch, and municipal dock; and seasonal (summer) restaurant within walking distance. There is also a restaurant-bar at the Club Chasse et Pêche on the far shore that can be reached by boat (1,000 feet). In the summertime, take a craft out to explore the lake, beaches, rivers plants and wildlife.

Winter offers just as many fun activities. Snowmobiling, ATV outings, ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are all possible right from La Petite Venise. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The interior of this cottage rental has a spacious, well-lit open-concept layout to which prominent woodwork adds considerable charm. La Petite Venise can accommodate up to 12 comfortably. With 4 closed bedrooms with queen-size bed and quality bedding, 2 bathrooms with bath, and a common area comprising kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto the patio, guests are sure to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay. Be sure to spend some special moments with family or friends in front of a roaring fire in the living room wood stove. For optimal comfort, the floors of the ground floor as well as the bathroom upstairs are heated.

Ground floor: Kitchen / Dining room / Living room / Bedroom #/ : 1 Queen bed + 1 Double murphy bed / Bedroom #2 : 1 Queen bed / 1 Full bathroom (with bath, washing machine and dryer)

Upstairs: Bedroom #3 : 1 Queen bed + 1 Queen futon / Bedroom #4 : 1 Queen bed / 1 Full bathroom (with separate shower and clawfoot bathtub)
