Whether it’s for a weekend getaway, summer or winter vacation away from the city, this rental chalet has all the qualities to guarantee you a delightful stay. Located in the second row from Trois-Lacs in Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick, this chalet is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and create unforgettable memories with family or friends.

From the terrace, you can see the lake, which is just across the street, offering a variety of activities throughout the year. In front of the chalet, there is a public access to the water where you can swim or fish. The lake and river are full of fish species such as walleye, pike, and perch, providing an unforgettable fishing experience.

Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the available boats. On the inflatable boat (similar to a Zodiac), you can explore the lake and enjoy water fun. A newly installed dock will further enhance your experience. Additionally, for those seeking a different activity, two paddleboards are available (fees apply, check with the owners). In winter, you can explore nearby ATV and snowmobile trails. Ice fishing is also very popular in the village. A few minutes by car, the Val des Sources Golf Club offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. As soon as the lake freezes, put on your skates or head to the village skating rink. Feel free to ask the owner about renting snowshoes during your stay.

Back at the chalet, relax in the private spa, available year-round. It will make chilly days more pleasant and turn your summer evenings into something magical. A BBQ is also available on the covered terrace, as well as an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals in the fresh air. To extend the magic of the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire, with free firewood provided! To maximize your comfort, cushions for the chairs are available in an outdoor chest. At Aux Douces Folies, enjoy pure relaxation by swinging on the hammock or lounging in the swing, while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

Inside the cottage, all the rooms have been fully renovated and decorated in a contemporary style. The living room, which has high ceilings and plenty of natural lighting, shares a common area with the dining room and practical kitchen. With a central island complete with sink, there’s lots of space for everyone to lend a hand creating memorable meals.

Aux Douces Folies has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a laundry room you pass on the way upstairs. Everything has been designed for maximum comfort!

Main floor: Open-concept living room, kitchen and dining room / Bedroom #1 with a Queen size bed / 1 bathroom with a shower / 1 laundry room
Upstairs: Bedroom #2 (open) : mezzanine-style bedroom with a Double size bed
Downstairs: Bedroom #3 with a Queen size bed / Bedroom #4 with a Double size bed / 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a shower
Garage room : Bedroom # 5 with a Double size bed (3 children size beds are also available)
