With room for 26, this attractive, modern property is ideal for large family gatherings and business events. Large veranda windows let in plenty of natural lighting and provide an excellent view of the four-acre property. Entertainment options abound in the spacious living room with pool and soccer tables, large flat-screen television and wood stove. The landscaped property has several areas to play or relax, including a patio with a six-person spa, fire pit, volleyball court, and boat ramp (kayak, canoe available onsite). Please note that the river is shallow in places and is appropriate only for kayaks, canoes. Currents may be strong when the river is high, so always wear a lifejacket.

Ground floor: Kitchen / Small dining room / 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed / 1 bathroom with shower bath, washer and dryer / Large sunroom with wood stove.
Ground floor (4 steps higher): Dining room /  2 bedrooms with queen-size bed and sofa-bed / 1 bathroom with shower-bath.
Upstairs: 1 bedrooms with queen-size bed / 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds.
Downstairs: Large open-concept living room with sectional leather sofa, pool and soccer tables, large flat-screen television, wood stove and stainless steel refrigerator / 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds / 1 bedroom with queen-size bed.
