This large cottage for rent located in St-Calixte, in Lanaudière, will be your new destination of choice for your family reunions and friends! With its immense wooded lot of more than 100 acres, with waterfront, you will find here all the necessary for a stay without worries, surrounded by nature. This lake, named Bassin Dufresne, is shared with only one other resident; it will feel like having a large private lake for your group only. This unique property stands out for its exceptional view of the lake and the forests surrounding the land.

To allow you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the lake, we give you access to several different boats, two kayaks and and paddleboards, as well as a canoe and a rowboat. Only small electric motors are allowed if you want to bring one. Take note that the bottom of the lake can be muddy and that aquatic plants makes swimming less enjoyable.

Enjoy your stay with a few walks in the forest and recharge your batteries fully. After a busy day, relax in the chalet’s private 4-season hot tub, or gather your group around a small outdoor fireplace. We provide the wood, but bring marshmallows!

At a 15-minute drive from the cottage, there is the water park Atlantide and the FamiliZoo that can be interesting for families. For winter enthusiasts, Mount Montcalm is less than a 30-minute drive away, where you can ski, snowboard, tube slide and snowshoe.
