The terrace is thoughtfully equipped with a BBQ, a fridge, a dining nook, and a cozy seating area for your convenience.

Below the terrace lies another delightful retreat, complete with a swing, hammock, and an inviting 4-season therapeutic spa. Kept at a constant 100°F, the private spa is an ideal place to unwind year-round, with the soothing backdrop of a nearby waterfall to enhance the tranquility when the jets are off.

The grounds of the property offer even more for nature lovers. There’s a cozy campfire area (with wood provided) beside a small, peaceful pond. As evening falls, the sound of frogs serenading the night creates a magical atmosphere. While the pond is shared with a neighboring rental (Au Balcon Vert d’Ulverton), both cottages are situated at opposite ends, separated by a wooded area that ensures your privacy. Though the pond’s cool, spring-fed waters may not be ideal for swimming due to its fresh but sediment-rich nature, the surrounding forest is a paradise of natural beauty, home to squirrels, birds, deer, herons, and more.

Winter adventurers can enjoy excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Richmond-Melbourne Ski Club.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

Spanning two floors, this cozy yet refined cottage blends comfort with simplicity. The first floor features an open-plan living room with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wood-burning stove framed by a rustic fieldstone mantel, perfect for cozy evenings. Just a few steps up is a charming bathroom, complete with an antique clawfoot tub.

Upstairs, the sleeping quarters consist of two closed bedrooms, each furnished with a Double bed, and a spacious open-plan bedroom that includes one Queen bed and one Single bed, all outfitted with high-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.
