If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty-one (31) days before the start date of the stay, the deposit of 20%,will be retained by the landlord as compensation, and the balance of your rental will not be charged to your credit card. If the cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, all sums collected will be retained by the landlord as compensation. In all cases of cancellation, a booking fee of up to 5% will be charged, calculated based on the deposit or the total amount paid for your stay.
