Equipped with an outdoor fireplace and a terrace with a private spa offering a view of the lake, you are guaranteed a relaxing stay. With its waterfront property, you can enjoy water activities all summer long! Lake Aylmer was once called Lake Maskikogamac, which means “lake of hay” in Abenaki. Indeed, with its shoreline lined with tall wild grass, the chalet’s grounds preserve their privacy and untamed natural feel. Please note that the lake bottom near the shore may be muddy. If you want to fully appreciate the lake, why not take one of the provided boats for an escapade on the water?

Fishing is a must at Lake Aylmer. You will find a wide variety of fish such as pike, bass, yellow perch, trout, and muskellunge. In winter, the lake becomes a meeting place for ice fishing enthusiasts.

This cottage offers a guaranteed respite stay with its large open areas and elegant decor. The large kitchen with refined details is fully equipped to prepare unforgettable meals, and the large windows facing the table offer an entertaining view of the surrounding nature. The array of board games and the foosball table upstairs will fill your evenings with fun and laughter with family or friends and what’s more, you will have a grandiose view of the lake. If you prefer calm and relaxation, on the other hand, gather in the basement to watch your favorite movie on the large television. The relaxed atmosphere of the nearby bar is conducive to meaningful moments for all. The bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will provide a deep sleep and peaceful awakening in the soft morning light from the small windows.
