Discover Au Domaine L’Aubergerond, a spacious 12-acre private estate surrounded by nature in Mandeville, in the Lanaudière region. Featuring a main lodge and seven mini cottages, this unique property is ideal for large family gatherings, trips with friends, birthdays, group retreats, private events, and outdoor getaways.

Accommodating groups of up to 40 guests, the estate allows everyone to enjoy large shared spaces together while still maintaining privacy through the lodge bedrooms and individual mini cottages located across the property. The property offers 34 prepared sleeping spaces. For groups larger than 34 guests, the six additional sleeping spaces must be supplied by guests, including air mattresses, bedding, and related items.

A Private Nature Estate in Mandeville

Located in a peaceful wooded setting, Au Domaine L’Aubergerond is the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy the outdoors. A small private lake is located on the property, offering a pleasant place for both children and adults to spend time near the water during the warmer months.

Watercraft are available for guests to explore the lake. Please note, however, that the lake bottom may be muddy, which can make swimming less enjoyable depending on conditions.

The main lodge and all seven mini cottages are located on the same property. From the mini cottages, guests must walk around the lake to reach the main lodge, approximately two minutes away on foot.

Direct Access to Snowmobile and ATV Trails

During winter and ATV season, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close access to trails. Guests can leave directly from the property by snowmobile or ATV to reach the official trail network.

The estate is also located only two minutes by car from Natur’Eau Spa. For hiking and outdoor activities, Parc régional des Chutes-du-Calvaire and Réserve faunique Mastigouche are also nearby. These areas offer trails, beautiful natural scenery, and opportunities to rent kayaks and canoes.

An Ideal Setup for Large Groups

Domaine L’Aubergerond was designed to allow groups to spend meaningful time together without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The main lodge offers spacious common areas for meals, games, and evenings together, while the mini cottages allow families and smaller groups to enjoy their own private space at the end of the day.

To have access to all seven mini cottages, the group must include at least 25 guests.

• Groups of 12 guests or fewer: 2 lodge bedrooms and 3 mini cottages
• Groups of 13 to 19 guests: 2 lodge bedrooms and 4 mini cottages
• Groups of 20 to 24 guests: 2 lodge bedrooms and 5 mini cottages
• Groups of 25 guests or more: 2 lodge bedrooms and 7 mini cottages

Each mini cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. All mini cottages include a basic kitchenette, private bathroom, one double bed, and one queen bed. Mini Cottage 1, Le Lynx, also includes a small mezzanine.

The seven mini cottages can also be viewed individually under the following names: Le Lynx, Le Loup, Le Chevreuil, Le Castor, L’Orignal, Le Coyote, and L’Écureuil.

A Welcoming Main Lodge for Meals and Evenings Together

The main lodge features a large open-concept common area designed for group gatherings. The dining room can seat up to 30 guests, while the bar counter provides seating for approximately 10 additional people.

The fully equipped kitchen allows your group to prepare meals on site. The shared space also includes a living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a pool table, and a foosball table for relaxed evenings together.

• Main floor: large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed, and full bathroom
• Mezzanine: open area with pool table and foosball table, Bedroom 2 with 2 queen beds

Weddings and Private Events

Domaine L’Aubergerond can also be rented for weddings and private events. The maximum indoor overnight capacity remains 40 guests, but up to 60 additional day guests may be welcomed on the property.

A tent may be installed, subject to owner approval regarding its location. Guests must arrange and pay for an outdoor portable toilet.

The cost for a wedding or private event corresponds to the stay rate for 40 adults, plus a fixed $1,200 fee before taxes to allow additional guests on the property.

A third night may be added free of charge for a new weekday reservation. This offer does not apply to weekends, high season, statutory holidays, or school breaks.

The property grounds are monitored by security cameras directed toward the parking area only.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.
