Privileged access to Lake Vert

Only a one-minute walk from the cottage, you will enjoy direct access to Lake Vert for swimming, fishing and water activities. Across the road, a private area is available with a grassy section, a sandy beach and a shallow, gradual entry into the water.

This setting is especially enjoyable for families and children looking to spend time by the water in a peaceful environment. Fishing can be enjoyed directly from the dock or from the kayaks provided at the property. They are ready for you to explore the lake and surrounding scenery.

Please note that motorboats are permitted for residents only.

Important – Personal Watercraft

Guests are not permitted to bring their own watercraft to the cottage. The municipality requires cleaning and a permit sticker for any watercraft launched into the lake. Since the municipal washing station may not always be open and its schedule can change without notice, the watercraft provided at the property are the best option for enjoying the lake during your stay.

Terrace, summer kitchen and private hot tub

Set on a large 56,000-square-foot property, the cottage offers beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Relax on the terrace, enjoy meals under the outdoor summer kitchen furnished with a patio set or prepare great meals on the BBQ provided.

In winter, outdoor enthusiasts will love the fact that cross-country skiing can begin directly from the cottage. A marked trail passes right beside the property, and snowshoe trails are also accessible nearby.

Snowmobilers can also access the trails directly from the cottage, making this a convenient destination for winter riding enthusiasts.

The Portneuf region offers many activities to discover throughout the year. In summer, ride the bike path, visit the village of Rivière-à-Pierre, explore the Marmite Falls or discover the Granite Interpretation Centre located in front of the town hall.

For an even more unique experience, ask about the possibility of using the train to reach the area or add something special to your stay.

• The property grounds are monitored by security cameras facing the parking area and entrances.
• The dock and watercraft are available from the Victoria Day long weekend through Thanksgiving weekend, inclusive.
