Welcome to La Villa Acero, a spacious cottage rental located in Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, surrounded by nature. With 21 wooded acres, private trails and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, this property is ideal for family vacations, gatherings with friends and group getaways of up to 20 guests.

Nature lovers will appreciate the property in every season. The many trails on site are perfect for walking during the summer, as well as snowshoeing and off-trail cross-country skiing in winter. The large grassy yard also offers plenty of room for badminton, volleyball, soccer or simply letting the kids play outside.

A small pond is also located on the property and is sure to delight children who enjoy observing nature or looking for frogs. Please note that the pond is not recommended for swimming.

Heated pool, private hot tub and outdoor relaxation

During warmer weather, enjoy the heated pool, available from June 1 to September 1, for refreshing swims and fun moments with your group. The private four-season hot tub is also available for relaxing after a hike, a day of activities or an evening spent together.

The large terrace, furnished with a patio set and umbrella, is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Fire up the BBQ, take in the sunsets and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.

In the evening, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the designated fire area. There is no better way to end a day in nature than sharing time together under the stars.

Main house and guest house for larger groups

La Villa Acero includes a main house with five bedrooms as well as a small guest house located directly beside it. The guest house offers additional shared space, including a pool table, and is accessible to all groups for entertainment.

However, the six additional sleeping spaces in the guest house are only available for groups of 12 guests or more. Groups of 11 guests or fewer must use the sleeping accommodations in the main house only.

A warm and fully equipped interior

Inside, this group cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept dining area, allowing you to prepare meals while staying connected with your guests. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer relaxing views of the surrounding landscape.

The living room is designed for comfort, with a large sectional sofa, a 48-inch flat-screen TV with satellite service, Bluetooth speakers and Wi-Fi access. Several entertainment options are also available, including a foosball table in the lower level and a pool table in the guest house.

The five closed bedrooms in the main house provide plenty of space and privacy. The primary bedroom also includes its own full bathroom.

• The guest house is accessible to all groups for its shared spaces and pool table.
• Sleeping accommodations in the guest house are available only for groups of 12 guests or more.
• The cottage uses well water. The water, especially hot water, may have a sulphur smell.
• The property grounds are monitored by a security camera facing the entrance driveway.
