Their location along the Mastigouche River creates a peaceful environment where groups can gather while still enjoying several separate spaces.

During the warmer season, the outdoor areas become a true extension of the cottages. Each property features a large outdoor dining table where guests can enjoy meals outside while listening to the river flowing nearby.

Renting both cottages together is especially convenient for large families, groups of friends, corporate retreats and events that require plenty of space.

Each cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, allowing your group to spread out between two neighbouring properties while enjoying the same natural setting.

The large grounds also provide plenty of room for outdoor activities and for children to play. A children’s play structure with swings and a slide is available for added family fun.

Two private four-season hot tubs

Each cottage has its own covered private four-season hot tub.

Le Combo Grand Roy – NerBert can be rented for weddings and other events.

The maximum overnight capacity remains 20 guests per cottage. For an event, up to 60 additional daytime guests may be welcomed on the property.

A reception tent is permitted, but its location must be approved in advance by the property owner.

An outdoor portable toilet must also be installed at the renters’ expense.

For this type of event, the cost is based on the stay price for 38 adults, plus a fixed $1,500 fee added to the booking subtotal to allow additional guests on the property.

Hiking, ATV and snowmobiling in Lanaudière
