The property, surrounded by mature trees, is designed for the whole family to enjoy. The spacious backyard gives children plenty of room to play, run, and enjoy the grassy area.

During summer stays, the outdoor pool is sure to be appreciated. It is open every year from Patriots’ Weekend until September 15.

Dock and Watercraft

To explore Lake Denison, several watercraft are available during the warmer season. On site, you will find two pedal boats, an electric pontoon, and two kayaks.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.

Please note that an increase in aquatic plants has been reported, which may make swimming less enjoyable.

L’Horizon Bleu is a great destination for enjoying the region in both summer and winter. During the warmer season, you can relax by the lake, head out on the water by kayak, pedal boat, or electric pontoon, enjoy the pool, play outside, or simply unwind on the terrace.

In winter, several activities are available nearby. Just 25 minutes away by car, Mont Gleason offers a great variety of family activities, including downhill skiing, snow tubing, and snowshoeing.

For cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, the Richmond-Melbourne Cross-Country Ski Club is located less than 15 minutes from the cottage.
