Located on the eastern slope overlooking ecologically friendly Lac Denison, the cottage Le Bord de L’Eau, offers a superb view of the lake and magnificent sunsets. Readily accessible from a paved road, this expansive yet intimate property in an idyllic setting evokes the spirit of a nineteenth-century hamlet. The Anglican church and cemetery, flour mill and pioneer homestead of the Denison family still stand in witness to the area’s origins.

The property has a full range of amenities for adults and children alike. Summer options include a spa, heated outdoor pool, pedal boat, rowboat, 2 kayaks, badminton court, giant sandbox with trucks, slide, swing, outdoor fireplace, large barbecue and trampoline with safety net. Winter guests will enjoy sliding down the hill on a sled (provided).

The two-storey building has 5 closed bedrooms with a total of 3 double, 1 queen-size and 3 retractable double beds. The living room has a sofa bed and retractable double bed. There is another retractable double bed in an open area. All mattresses are new and of superior quality, and the bedding recent and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and espresso coffee maker. The upstairs dining room has extensive fenestration, and there are 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor).

Other amenities include upstairs air conditioning, an artesian well with superb quality drinking water, a second refrigerator in the basement, board games, and more.
