Accommodating up to 20 guests, this waterfront cottage offers large common areas, an oversized dining room, and several comfortable bedrooms. Its peaceful setting, with no gasoline-powered boats allowed on the lake, makes it easy to fully enjoy the quiet, the natural surroundings, and the beautiful scenery.

A Waterfront Cottage on Lac Denison

Set on a private lot overlooking the lake, Le Bord de l’Eau is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the outdoors. Gasoline-powered boats are not permitted on Lac Denison, helping create a particularly peaceful atmosphere throughout your stay.

Relax in the sun, take in the lake views, or explore the water with the equipment provided on site. Four kayaks with life jackets, a canoe, and a pedal boat are available for discovering the shoreline and enjoying the lake at your own pace.

Please note that an increase in aquatic plants has been reported in the lake, which may make swimming less enjoyable depending on conditions.

Covered Hot Tub, Heated Pool and Outdoor Relaxation

After a day on the water, hiking, or exploring the Eastern Townships, unwind in the covered private four-season hot tub, available in both sunny and rainy weather.

During the summer, enjoy the fenced heated pool for a refreshing swim. The pool is open and heated from June 23 to September 5.

The large private terrace, furnished with quality outdoor furniture, is perfect for enjoying meals outside with lake views. A BBQ is available year-round so you can prepare grilled meals in every season.

In the evening, gather around the outdoor fire pit. Firewood is included so you can fully enjoy relaxing nights beneath the stars.

A Perfect Place to Enjoy Every Season

Le Bord de l’Eau offers plenty of activities for children and adults in both summer and winter. During snowy months, the sloped property turns into a large sledding hill for children, with sleds provided on site.

When ice conditions allow, the lake can also be used for skating and hockey. Please note that the owner does not maintain the ice surface.

Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ATV enthusiasts will also find several options nearby.

A Spacious and Inviting Interior for Groups

Spread over two levels, this cottage blends rustic and modern style beautifully. Its common areas are designed to allow everyone to gather comfortably for meals, games, meetings, or movie nights.

The living room includes three large sofas, including two sofa beds, a glass-front wood stove, a Smart TV, and access to more than 100 channels, including Super Écran. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and espresso machine.

The bright dining room can seat up to 16 guests at the same table. It can also be used as a conference room for group stays or corporate retreats.

The cottage also includes a heat pump providing heating and air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, Wi-Fi, an artesian well with high-quality drinking water, an additional refrigerator in the basement, and board games.

All mattresses are high quality, and the bedding is recent and carefully maintained.

The property grounds are monitored by security cameras. The cameras are directed toward the parking area only.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.
