This beautiful cottage for rent in the countryside is located on a huge land with a maple grove, on the edge of a small semi-private lake in St-François-Xavier-de-Brompton, in the Eastern townships.

The cottage is ideal for gatherings with family and friends. During summer, enjoy all the space offered by this property to play sports and let the children play outside! The swimming pool is there to refresh you during the beautiful summer days, while the private 4-season hot tub will be well appreciated, when the evening comes, to rest. The lake has a lot of aquatic plants which makes swimming less enjoyable. You can finish the day in group, oustide, around a fire, under the starry sky of the countryside.

The property offers many trails for walking, or for snowmobiling in winter. You can join the local snowmobile trail that passes near the cottage. With this track, reachable from the street of the cottage, you will be able to join the regional tracks. During March, the owners might work in the forest and in the building next to the cottage since it’s the maple sugaring time of the year.

This large newly renovated house has everything you need to accommodate larger groups. With its 6 closed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the cottage can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Naturally, the house is very well equipped, including a full kitchen where you can prepare all your meals during the stay.
