Why not treat yourself to a stay in a peaceful cottage located next to the river? Le Petit Present offers you the opportunity to get away from everyday life and enjoy the present moment in a relaxing and enchanting setting.

It offers a large land with: a hammock area to rest; a volleyball court; a small cottage for children; kayaks for children and for adults; 2 paddleboards, a pedal boat; a dock; a river which is accessible for swimming; a gazebo for when weather isn’t on your side; an outdoor seating area; a private 4-season hot tub and a BBQ.

This little paradise is located about 5 minutes from the village of Weedon, so close to all services (restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) You can access hiking trails at the Parc du Vieux Moulin, snowmobile and 4-wheeler trails , the Weedon Cultural Centre, the Le P’tit Plaisir cheese dairy, the Renaissance farm, and much more. The T55 snowmobile trail is accessible at a couple of minutes from the cottage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This small cottage will charm you with its beautiful windows and omnipresent light. The living room, with its view of the river, is open concept with the dining room and the kitchen. In this open area, you will find a wood stove, which will be most appreciated during winter stays!

The property has 3 closed bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is comfortable for 8 people. However, you will find, just next to the cottage, in the renovated garage, a ‘lounge’ area serving as a games room, with a pool table. You can accommodate 4 more people, for a maximum of 12 people on the property.
