The large lot is perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities. You will find a hammock area for resting, a volleyball court, a small children’s play cottage, an outdoor relaxation area, and a gazebo sheltered from the weather.

Private Hot Tub, BBQ and Outdoor Living

The private four-season hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water, an outdoor adventure, or an evening with friends. Available year-round, it adds a welcome touch of comfort to your stay.

A BBQ is also available for outdoor meals, and the gazebo lets you enjoy time outside even when the weather is less favourable.

Whether you want to read in a hammock, share a meal, play volleyball, or simply admire the river, every outdoor space has been designed to help you enjoy the calm and natural surroundings.

Dock, Kayaks, Pedal Boat and Paddle Boards

During the warmer season, several watercraft are available for guests. Children and adults can enjoy kayaks, a pedal boat, and two paddle boards to explore the river and spend time on the water.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.

Please note that watercraft must be fully washed before being launched.
