Do not be surprised if you see wild turkeys crossing the road, a bald eagle gliding near the lake, or a hawk perched at the top of a tree. This cottage is a true natural lookout, perfect for slowing down, observing the scenery, and enjoying the quiet rhythm of the region.

Thanks to its sloped lot and 100 feet of lake frontage, the property offers exceptional panoramic views of the water. Its location also provides beautiful sunset views directly from the cottage and outdoor spaces.

Private Hot Tub, Balconies, Dock and Outdoor Living

The outdoor areas are designed to help you fully enjoy the lake and surrounding nature. Two large 35-foot balconies face the water and offer beautiful viewpoints. One of the balconies is covered, allowing you to relax outdoors while staying sheltered from the weather.

The private four-season hot tub is located under this covered area, so you can enjoy it in any season while taking in the lake view.

A 12-foot by 12-foot aluminum dock lets you settle in close to the water to relax, read, enjoy a drink, or simply admire the scenery. An outdoor campfire area is also available, with firewood provided for memorable evenings at the cottage.

Watercraft Included for Exploring the Lake

During the warmer months, several watercraft are available for guests, including one pedal boat, two kayaks, and one paddle board.

These amenities let you gently explore the lake, observe nature, and enjoy peaceful moments on the water in a quiet, preserved environment.

Please note that guests are not allowed to bring their own watercraft. Fishing and motorboats are prohibited on Spooner Pond. All personal watercraft are prohibited, including paddle boards.

The dock and watercraft are available from Patriots’ Weekend through Thanksgiving Weekend, inclusive.

The property grounds are monitored by security cameras. One camera is directed toward the parking area, and the other toward the lake and outdoor fire pit.
