Bordering the splendid Lac Aylmer at Disraeli in the Chaudières-Appalaches region, this small cottage will meet your expectations in terms of comfort. This 6-person cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.

Lac Aylmer is navigable over more than 30 km2, and the fishing is excellent. The lake is teeming with fish of various species, including bass, muskie, pike, walleye and many others. In summer, you can enjoy water sports, cycling, hiking and golf. The municipality also offers vélorail, the Tour cycliste du lac Aylmer and Concerts sous les arbres. Parc Bellerive is located nearly 4 km from the residence and features a marina, boat launch, walking trail and restaurant. In winter, you can enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, tubing (Mount Adstock), skating and ice fishing. There are also snowmobile and ATV trails close to the property.

If you have a motorboat, you can visit the boat launch at the Disraeli marina, a 2-minute drive away, which offers gas and restaurant services. You can then moor your boat directly at the cottage dock.

Back at the cottage, indulge in the year-round private spa. Cooler days will suddenly seem much more pleasant, and summer evenings will be all the more magical. A BBQ is at your disposal on the terrace, as is a small dining area where you can enjoy your meals outside. You’ll have the chance to end your evenings together by the outdoor fire – wood is even provided free of charge!

Tiled accents and decor inspired by local wildlife and flora add a unique and inviting touch to this special space.
